About Somerset County Republicans:
We meet on the fourth Thursday of the month in January, February, March, April, May, June, September and
November. Our meetings are held in various locations throughout Somerset County. The meeting location, time
and partial agenda will be posted on the meetings page.
Our county sent the largest delegation of Republican Legislators to the state legislature for the 2007-2008 session.
For the 2009-2010 session 3 of the 4 Senators and 6 of the 9 Representatives representing towns in our county
are Republicans. And at our County level 2 of the 3 County Commissioners are Republicans.
We have a fair booth at the Skowhegan Fair every August. We also do booths at the New Portland Fair and
Harmony Fair every year. For the past several years we have raffled off a shotgun or rifle at our fair booths.
We encourage you to stop by and visit us there and buy some raffle tickets. If you would like to be a volunteer at
